But it is AC Milan who look to be leading the race to sign the Serbian international.
According to news outlet La Stampa, Gennara Gattuso wants Milinkovic-Savic on an initial loan deal for £35.6million.
And they will then offer Simone Inzaghi’s side £71.2m to complete the permanent signing of the ex-Genk ace.
However, it has been claimed that Juventus are also interested in the 2015 U-20 World Cup winner, should they lose Miralem Pjanic this summer.
The Red Devils and Real Madrid are also keen on Milinkovic-Savic, while Chelsea are eyeing up a late move for the former Vojvodina maestro.
Milinkovic-Savic banged in 14 goals in 47 games last season, as well as chalking up eight assists.
Milan are desperate to add creative players to their ranks, having recently brought Gonzalo Higuain to the San Siro in a swap deal with Leonardo Bonucci.
While they have also captured Mattia Caldara, Alen Halilovic, and completed the permanent signings of Nikola Kalinic and Fabio Borini.
